Digital Signage as a Service

Includes all from the Visitor Insight bundle + Media Player and a Professional Display to show your own content and media for the right audience. Note that you can also use existing screens you already have in place as displays, if that applies. Comes with the FLOW platform in PRO level. 

Visitor Insight as a Service

Includes 4K AI sensor, Installation-ready hardware, Hardware replacement service, Maintenance & updates and User Support. Comes with the FLOW platform in Standard or Standard + level.

Functional Leasing available

All as-a-Service bundles above are available on a monthly subscription basis via Functional Leasing, that includes the license costs and all hardware needed at scale through our Partner IKANO Bank, to help you enable the power of BizLab FLOW without upfront investments.


About our edge AI and computer vision sensors

BizLab FLOW uses advanced AI-powered sensor technology to analyze audience interactions in real time,
while ensuring full data privacy and GDPR compliance.

When a person is detected by a sensor, data is processed locally and instantly for the duration of their presence.
Each interaction is assigned a unique, temporary ID, and only anonymized metadata, such as age group and gender, is collected.

This anonymized data is securely sent to the Microsoft Azure cloud platform, where it is compiled into visual statistics and insights for users.

No images, videos, or audio are ever stored. Once the interaction ends, no identifiable data remains on the local device.
All collected data is fully anonymous and cannot be linked to any individual.

Unlike traditional video surveillance, which records and saves footage, BizLab FLOW offers privacy-safe, non-intrusive analytics
that enable smarter, data-driven decisions without compromising user trust.

Local Hardware

All data is processed locally. The system does not collect personal data that can identify individuals. After an interaction ends, no data remains on the device, so no requests for access, correction, or deletion can be made.

Microsoft Azure

BizLab uses encryption and adheres to high-security standards to protect data. Anonymized data sent from local devices to the cloud is encrypted. BizLab's data is stored within the EU/EEA. Microsoft Azure complies with GDPR security requirements.

Computer Vision

The system uses computer vision to detect gender, age, and emotional expression. It does not collect personal or biometric data that could identify individuals. Therefore, BizLab does not process personal data as defined by GDPR.

FLOW

The user interface is easily accessible via the application login. Administrators can manage user permissions directly. Users can quickly view visitor summaries or generate detailed reports based on their preferences.

How do I get started?

Reach out to us at BizLab or one of our Partners and we'll jointly investigate your situation and needs, often on site to guide on the best locations for your sensors and / or screens. Thereafter, you can be up and running within a few days or weeks (dependent on your scope and need of Hardware). The license for the FLOW platform itself, is instantly active and accessible from the 1st day of your contract as its a cloud based SaaS license.  
Who signs the license agreement?

The license agreement and Service Level Agreements for FLOW are signed with us at BizLab Analytics AB (Sweden), whilst the financial operational leasing structure (as-a-service) for the Hardware is handled via our Partner IKANO Bank. 
What hardware is required to use BizLab FLOW?

For Visitor Insights only, beyond the FLOW platform, a sensor and a NUC (computer) is required which is supplied via BizLab for purchase or operational leasing. For Digital Signage and Media management also a professional Screen and a media player is required. If you already have screens it might be doable to use those and just add our media player, NUC and sensor to your ecosystem. If you don't have screens, such can be supplied via us as well. Our as-a-Service concept at all levels include a bundle of FLOW plus all you need for your business needs, via operational leasing so it is all charged as a monthly fee, via our Partner IKANO Bank.

To ensure data quality, information security, and full GDPR compliance, we only support and allow any hardware tested and approved by us in advance.
We have a CMS; can I integrate your analytics tool with it?

While there are some limitations, our Reach Counter lets you track real-time audience reach on your screens. For more detailed ad analytics, such as viewer counts or targeted ads for specific audiences, the FLOW platform is required.
